With Heart and Mind

We are living in difficult times. Therefore, each of us should help two suffering human beings (freely of ideology), who are unknown to us by

• making them a tiny gift (excluding Fiat money)
• a constructive message which is originated from our hearts
• giving or exchanging the donar's contact information (including the domain name www.terraforming.de or another linked domain name)

Preconditions: being at least partly empathic; being able to speak through the heart; then, search for a sad unknown human being which may be different in any way (such as nationality, social class, ethnicity, religion, ...);

Gift examples: organic apple (preferably directly from a farmer or a regional farm shop), candle with matches, ...

Message examples: you are loved; you are needed; you are beautiful; ...

Contact information examples: email addresses; phone numbers; ...

Others

Instead of consumption (of media), the following can be done:

• Support of local help organizations (e. g. emergency service, volunteer fire brigade, Salvation Army, Food bank)
• Support of animal shelters
• Support of a Local exchange trading system
